Just used your method for my course in Bu-Ali Sina University. So I can focus on software architecture details instead of Gradle bugs. Experience was also great; same as my first kiss (Keep It Simple Stupid) Android app on Eclipse.

As an offer I can suggest to use `adb logcat` for a lightweight debug.
